Serving officers, nominated by rank
PSC does not admit external students. Every seat is filled by nomination through Bangladesh Police Headquarters, matched to the officer’s rank and service record. Selected courses also host officers from SAARC partner nations.
The six flagship courses

PMCC
The cornerstone course for district-level command — strategic management, public order, resource planning and leadership under pressure.

PFMCC
Budgeting, procurement, audit and public financial management tailored to police units — building accountable, transparent administration.

CAMCC
Data-driven policing — crime mapping, intelligence analysis, cybercrime fundamentals and evidence-led investigation management.

PEMCC
The senior executive program — national security strategy, inter-agency coordination, crisis command and organisational reform.

LMCC
Ethics-centred leadership development — team command, decision science, negotiation and community-focused policing practice.

SAARC Course
A regional flagship hosting officers from SAARC nations — transnational crime, regional cooperation and comparative policing systems.
Course nominations are received through Police Headquarters
